The famous singer Cher says: "Nothing lifts me out of a bad mood better than a hard workout on my treadmill. It never fails. Exercise is nothing short of a miracle." Truer words were never spoken. As a busy mum and manager of my own business, I started to skip exercise altogether in order to fit everything else into my life. Eventually, I became so impossible that my husband almost stopped talking to me. Now that I've scheduled regular exercise back into my life, I'm happier, more efficient and my husband can actually have a conversation! I started this exercise blog for those of us who need to know a little more about exercise and its benefits. I hope it gives us all some inspiration.
